View From T's Eyes (6/30)

Lord be praised!

Not only is my draft done, but my official multimedia piece is looking better than ever! Just a few more stills and I'll have a masterpiece on my hands ha.
I gotta thank Zo, Amanda, E-Law, Ali, Jen, Suzy, and Mary Ann for all their support through this project; without y'all, I would've been stressed out of my mind. I'm so grateful to you all for showing me the way.

Now that that's done, what's left to do?

Answer: be myself. (Cheesy, but true.) All my boys tell me I gotta work on that if I wanna be happy and chill here, so for once I'm gonna listen ha.

Ever notice how one person can change your whole mood? Well, I got that experience goin' on out here. It's a trip, because I try not to be influenced so much by the actions of the person, but in the end I can't help it.

Enough about that. Well, in other news, we watched a documentary about Malaysian transvestites (or, as they say in Malaysia, Mak Nyahs) and the struggles and prejudice they face there. Why must so many people hate someone just because they decide to divert from what everyone else does? Accept and embrace differences, don't reject and ignore them.

Can't wait to see the paper tomorrow! well I gotta stop cuz I feel like I'm doing a confessional or something, and the last thing I want to do is say or do something to alienate someone.

Peace and love.
-T.
